  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (grated)
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Garnish:

  • 2 green onions (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix Teriyaki Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Prepare Cornstarch Slurry: In another bowl, mix cornstarch and water.
  3. Cook Shrimp: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, cook shrimp until pink and opaque.
  4. Make Sauce: Pour teriyaki sauce in skillet, simmer, add cornstarch slurry, cook until thickened.
