- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
Garnish:
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts, chopped
- 8 large butter lettuce leaves
Instructions
- Prepare Ground Chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, sauté garlic and shallot, add ground chicken, cook until done.
- Add Flavors: Stir in red chili, fish sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, sugar, and chicken broth. Simmer until slightly reduced.
- Finish and Serve: Remove from heat, mix in cilantro, mint, and green onions. Spoon mixture into lettuce leaves, top with peanuts, and serve.
