- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 bay leaf

- 1 cup egg noodles or pasta of choice (optional)

Instructions
- Sauté Aromatics: Heat olive oil in a large pot. Sauté onion, garlic, carrots, and celery until softened.
