    Mashed Potatoes Layer:

  • 1 cup instant mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook beef: In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until browned. Drain excess fat.
