  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard

For Serving:

  • 4 hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Sloppy Joe Mixture: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook for 4–5 minutes, breaking it up as it browns.

  5. Simmer for 5–10 minutes until the mixture thickens.

  7. Serve: Spoon the sloppy joe mixture onto the toasted buns and serve warm.

Notes
