For the crust:

- 1 tablespoon coarse sugar (optional, for sprinkling)
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Brown butter: In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat until golden brown and fragrant. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Prepare filling: In a bowl, mix peaches, sugars, spices, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla. Add brown butter and mix well.
