Instructions
- Crepes: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt. Add milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla. Rest batter, then cook crepes.
- Filling: Beat whipping cream until stiff. In a bowl, beat mascarpone, sugar, and liqueur. Fold in whipped cream.
- Assembly: Place crepe, brush with coffee, spread filling. Repeat layering, finishing with a crepe on top. Chill, dust with cocoa before serving.
