Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 12-cup muffin pan with cupcake liners.
  2. Prepare the batter: Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy, then add eggs and vanilla. Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk. Divide batter into liners and bake.
