Tortilla Pizza:
- 4 large flour tortillas
- ½ cup pizza sauce or marinara
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Toppings (of your choice):
- pepperoni
- sliced bell peppers
- mushrooms

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Crisp the tortillas: Place tortillas on baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Lightly spray each tortilla with olive oil and bake for 2 to 3 minutes until just starting to crisp.
