This Tropical Green Detox Smoothie is a refreshing and nutritious blend of spinach, kale, tropical fruits, and coconut water. Packed with vitamins and minerals, it’s a perfect way to start your day on a healthy note.


Ingredients

Produce:

  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 cup kale leaves (stems removed)
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

Liquids:

  • 1 cup coconut water

Others:

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add Ingredients: Add spinach, kale, banana, mango, pineapple, lime juice, ginger, coconut water, chia seeds (if using), and ice to a blender.
  2. Blend: Blend on high until completely smooth.
