- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 1/2 cup dry white wine (or chicken broth)
- 1 (28-ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 cup whole milk

- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
- Sauté Aromatic Vegetables: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion, carrots, and celery until softened. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Cook Ground Turkey: Add ground turkey, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook until browned.
- Add Tomato Base: Stir in tomato paste, then pour in wine and simmer. Add crushed tomatoes, oregano, and basil. Simmer uncovered for 20–25 minutes.
- Finish with Milk: Stir in milk and simmer for 5 more minutes. Adjust seasoning and serve over preferred base, garnished with parsley and Parmesan.
