Turkey Burgers:

  • 1 pound ground turkey (93% lean)
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • lettuce, tomato slices, red onion slices, pickles (optional)

For the Best Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon pickle juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Turkey Burgers: In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Shape into 4 patties. Cook in a skillet or grill pan over medium heat for 4–5 minutes per side.
  2. Best Sauce: Mix all sauce ingredients until smooth.
  3. Toast burger buns if desired. Assemble burgers with sauce, turkey patty, lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles. Serve.
