  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)

  • Tomato
  • Red onion
  • Pickles

  • Burger buns

Instructions

  1. Mix the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix just until combined—do not overmix.
  2. Form Patties: Shape the mixture into 4 equal patties.
  3. Cook the Patties: Heat olive oil in a skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  4. Serve: Place the patties on toasted buns and add your favorite toppings. Serve immediately.
