For the Creamy White Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
For Garnish:
- Fresh chopped parsley
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, coriander, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Add chicken strips, mix well, and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook the Chicken: Brown the marinated chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat for 6 to 8 minutes. Set aside.
- Prepare the Sauce: Melt butter in the same pan, whisk in flour, then slowly add milk and cream. Stir in Parmesan, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Add the cooked chicken back to the pan and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
