Graham Cracker Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Filling:
- 1 cup chopped pecans, divided
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, divided
- 1 cup caramel sauce, divided
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Prepare Crust: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Layer Ingredients: Sprinkle half of the chopped pecans over the crust. Layer half of the chocolate chips, then drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the chocolate.
- Add Sweetened Condensed Milk: Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the layered ingredients.
- Repeat Layers: Repeat the layering process with the remaining pecans, chocolate chips, and caramel sauce on top.
- Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbly. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
- For easier slicing, refrigerate bars for 1 hour before cutting.
- You can substitute walnuts or almonds for pecans if desired.
