- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Cook Shrimp: Heat olive oil and butter. Season and cook shrimp until pink. Set aside.
