Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare cake pans.
- Prepare the Cake Layers: Mix dry ingredients, add wet ingredients, pour in hot water, and bake.
- Make the Chocolate Mousse: Heat cream, pour over chocolate chips, chill, then whip until fluffy. Repeat for white chocolate mousse.
