Ingredients
Scale
Fudge Base
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Coloring & Topping
- Pink gel food coloring
- Blue gel food coloring
- Purple gel food coloring
- Colorful sprinkles or edible glitter (optional)
- White chocolate drizzle for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides to make removing the fudge easier once it’s set.
- Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave on 30-second intervals, stirring well after each interval, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted, which should take about 1½ to 2 minutes total.
- Add Vanilla: Stir in the vanilla extract thoroughly to infuse flavor throughout the fudge mixture.
- Divide and Color: Evenly divide the melted fudge mixture into three small bowls. Add pink, blue, and purple gel food coloring to each bowl separately, stirring until the color is uniform and vibrant.
- Swirl the Colors: Spoon dollops of each colored fudge mixture randomly into the prepared pan. Use a butter knife or toothpick to gently swirl the colors together, creating a beautiful marbled unicorn effect.
- Add Toppings: While the fudge is still warm, sprinkle colorful sprinkles or edible glitter over the top. Optionally, drizzle white chocolate on top for an extra touch of decoration.
- Chill: Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours or until it is completely firm and set.
- Serve: Use the parchment overhang to lift the fudge out of the pan. Cut into approximately 25 small squares and serve chilled.
Notes
- Use gel food coloring rather than liquid to maintain vibrant colors and not alter fudge texture.
- Store leftover fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
- White chocolate drizzle is optional but adds a lovely finishing touch.
