- 1/4 cup key lime juice (fresh or bottled)
- 1 teaspoon key lime zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Whipped Cream Topping:
- 1 cup heavy cream, cold
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- Extra lime zest or graham cracker crumbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Graham Cracker Crust: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes. Let cool.
- Key Lime Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add condensed milk, lime juice, zest, and vanilla. In a separate bowl, whip cream and sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold into the key lime mixture.
- Assembly: Spoon graham cracker crumbs into jars. Top with key lime filling. Garnish and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
