Instructions
- Preheat the oven and prepare the pan: Preheat to 325°F (165°C) and grease/flour a bundt or tube pan.
- Cream butter and sugar: In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla: Beat in eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Alternate additions: Add dry ingredients and buttermilk to butter mixture in batches.
