Ground Veal Mixture:

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed

- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Additional Ingredients:
- 2 (8-ounce) cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Sour cream, salsa, and shredded lettuce for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook Veal: In a skillet, cook ground veal in olive oil until no longer pink. Add taco seasoning and water, simmer briefly. Stir in black beans and cheeses.
- Prepare Crescent Ring: Unroll crescent dough and arrange in a circle on the baking sheet. Spoon veal mixture over the dough and fold to form a ring.
- Bake: Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown. Garnish with olives and green onions.
