Lasagna Roll-Ups:
- 8 lasagna noodles
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 5 ounces fresh spinach, roughly chopped
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the Lasagna Noodles: Cook noodles until al dente, drain, and set aside.
- Prepare the Filling: Sauté garlic and spinach, then blend cashews, plant milk, lemon juice, yeast, salt, and pepper. Combine with cooked spinach.
