Egg Bites:
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped spinach
- 2 tablespoons chopped red onion
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- Nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick spray.
- Mix Egg Mixture: Whisk together the eggs and milk in a mixing bowl. Add cheddar, bell pepper, spinach, red onion, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Fill Muffin Cups: Pour the mixture into the muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
- Bake: Bake for 18–22 minutes until set and lightly golden on top.
- Cool and Serve: Let cool before removing from the tin. Serve warm or store for later.
