Description

Egg Bites:

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped spinach
  • 2 tablespoons chopped red onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick spray.
  2. Mix Egg Mixture: Whisk together the eggs and milk in a mixing bowl. Add cheddar, bell pepper, spinach, red onion, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Fill Muffin Cups: Pour the mixture into the muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
  4. Bake: Bake for 18–22 minutes until set and lightly golden on top.
