Ingredients
Scale
Crust
- 2 tubes of refrigerator crescent rolls
Ranch Cream Cheese Spread
- 18 oz softened cream cheese
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 packet dry ranch seasoning
- 2 tablespoons dill weed
Toppings
- A variety of vegetables (broccoli, shredded carrots, cucumber, tomatoes, etc.)
- Shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare Crust: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Unroll the crescent rolls and spread them evenly on a large cookie sheet, pinching the seams together to form one solid crust. Bake for about 10 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
- Make Ranch Spread: While the crust bakes, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, dry ranch seasoning, and dill weed in a medium bowl. Stir well until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Prepare Vegetables: Wash and dice the selection of vegetables into small, bite-sized pieces. Use any combination you prefer or have available, such as broccoli florets, shredded carrots, cucumber slices, and tomato pieces.
- Cool Crust: Once the crust is done baking, remove it from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack for several minutes to prevent the spread from melting.
- Assemble Pizza: Spread the creamy ranch mixture evenly over the cooled crust. Then, sprinkle the chopped vegetables on top, adding as much as you like. If desired, finish with a liberal sprinkle of shredded cheese.
- Serve: Cut the veggie pizza into squares or rectangles and serve immediately for a fresh, tasty treat.
Notes
- You can customize the vegetable toppings based on your preference or seasonal availability.
