Description

Tortillas:

  • 4 large whole wheat tortillas

Fillings:

  • 1/2 cup hummus
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup avocado slices
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Lay Out Tortillas: Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface.
