Watermelon Lime Mocktails:

  • 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • 1 cup sparkling water or club soda
  • ice cubes
  • fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • lime wedges for garnish

Instructions

  1. Blend Watermelon: Place watermelon cubes in a blender and blend until smooth. Strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher if you prefer a smoother texture.
  2. Mix Ingredients: Stir in lime juice and honey/agave syrup until well mixed.
