Watermelon Lime Mocktails:
- 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
- 1 cup sparkling water or club soda
- ice cubes
- fresh mint leaves for garnish
- lime wedges for garnish
Instructions
- Blend Watermelon: Place watermelon cubes in a blender and blend until smooth. Strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher if you prefer a smoother texture.
- Mix Ingredients: Stir in lime juice and honey/agave syrup until well mixed.
- Prepare Glasses: Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the watermelon mixture over the ice until about two-thirds full.
- Add Sparkling Water: Top off with sparkling water or club soda and stir gently.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves and lime wedges. Serve immediately.
