For the Margarita:

- Lime wedge and salt for rimming the glass (optional)
- Watermelon wedge or mint for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Watermelon Juice: Place the watermelon cubes in a blender and blend until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve if you prefer a smoother texture.
- Mix the Margarita: In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine 4 oz of the watermelon juice, tequila, lime juice, triple sec, and agave syrup. Shake well for about 15 seconds.
- Prepare the Glass: If desired, run a lime wedge around the rim of a glass and dip it in salt. Fill the glass with ice and pour the margarita mixture over it.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with a small watermelon wedge or mint sprig and serve immediately.
