Description

This Whipped Feta Dip is a creamy and flavorful appetizer perfect for parties or gatherings. The tangy feta cheese combined with Greek yogurt, olive oil, and fresh herbs creates a delicious dip that pairs well with pita bread, crackers, or veggies.

Ingredients

Scale

Feta Dip:

  • 8 oz feta cheese (block, not crumbled)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Garnish:

  • Fresh herbs or chili flakes for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a food processor or blender, combine feta cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and honey.
  2. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and garnish with herbs or chili flakes.

  3. Serve with warm pita bread, crackers, or veggies.

Notes

  • For a tangier dip, increase lemon juice or use sour cream instead of Greek yogurt.
  • Dip can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
