For the Brigadeiros:
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
- 4 ounces white chocolate (finely chopped or chips)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- White sprinkles or shredded coconut for rolling
Instructions
- Melt Butter: In a medium nonstick saucepan, melt the butter over medium-low heat.
- Add Ingredients: Add the sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate, stirring constantly until melted and thickened.
- Cook Mixture: Cook for about 10–12 minutes until the mixture thickens and pulls away from the sides of the pan.
- Finish Brigadeiros: Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and salt. Let cool, then roll into balls and coat with sprinkles or coconut.
- Serve: Place in mini paper cups for serving.
