  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Wet Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Mix-Ins:

  • 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream Butter and Sugars: In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add Eggs and Vanilla: Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla.

Notes

  • For a chewier texture, slightly underbake the cookies.
