1 ball pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
White Garlic Sauce:
1 tablespoon olive oil, 2 tablespoons butter, 4 cloves garlic (minced), 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, ¾ cup whole milk, ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese, ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning, ¼ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Toppings:
1 cup cooked chicken breast (shredded or diced), 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, ½ cup shredded provolone cheese, 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional), red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 475°F and grease a pizza pan or baking sheet.
