For the Yum Yum Sauce:
- 1 cup mayonnaise

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Make the Yum Yum sauce: In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, soy sauce, honey, ketchup, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Coat the chicken: Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper, then toss them in half of the Yum Yum sauce until coated.
- Prepare the breadcrumb mixture: In a separate bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Coat the chicken with breadcrumbs: Dredge each chicken piece in the breadcrumb mixture and place them in the baking dish.
- Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve: Drizzle the remaining Yum Yum sauce on top or on the side. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
