For the Yum Yum Sauce:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

For the Chicken:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Make the Yum Yum sauce: In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, soy sauce, honey, ketchup, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Coat the chicken: Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper, then toss them in half of the Yum Yum sauce until coated.
  4. Prepare the breadcrumb mixture: In a separate bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Coat the chicken with breadcrumbs: Dredge each chicken piece in the breadcrumb mixture and place them in the baking dish.
  6. Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Serve: Drizzle the remaining Yum Yum sauce on top or on the side. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
